2023 — THE VETIVER NETWORK INTERNATIONAL AWARDS

Three sets of Awards will be given with total value of US $3,750: The Vetiver Champion Award. This Award will be given in recognition of an individual’s impact at the country or regional level in promoting Vetiver Grass Technology to communities and/or for public good. THE KING OF THAILAND VETIVER AWARDS

Vetiver Systems Applications in the Caribbean (TVNI – NL-2022-10)

  GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE CONFERECE — Oct 25 – 26, 2022. Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. I was able to participate virtually for parts of this conference, organized by IAMovement and The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago. The conference covered both development  and financing opportunities for Green Infrastructure. Vetiver amd Climate Change (TVNI – NL-2022-08)

Climate Change Current, climate change related, extreme drought, heatwave and flood events are having a devasting impact on us all. The agricultural sector is especially impacted, particularly small and vulnerable farmers. The Vetiver System can help prevent/reduce some of the negative impacts of climate change if applied prior to the event; and can be used to mitigate some of the damage after the event.
