Financial Reports

TVNI Financial year matches the Calendar year. An accrual system of accounting is used. Each year the Treasurer/Assistant Treasurer prepares financial statements and a financial report for the Board of Directors. At the same time TVNI prepares tax returns for the IRS reporting under “Foundation” status. TVNI’s cash flow is small and our main donor does not require “audited accounts”. The annual financial reports and IRS 990-PF tax returns are posted below, in accordance with IRS requirements.
